What the company is for
Most industrial motor manufacturers optimise for volume: a standard range, held in stock, sold through distribution. Electromash operates at the other end — where the requirement is specific enough that a catalogue machine will not do, and the quantity is small enough that a volume manufacturer will not quote.
That covers three kinds of work. Explosion-proof machines, where the certification and the enclosure design are the product. Replacements, where the constraint is an existing foundation and a shutdown date. And engineered machines — hydro generators matched to one site, furnace transformers designed against a measured duty, drives built for a test bench.
The standard ranges exist to support that work, not the other way round. A plant that trusts Electromash with a 4 MW synchronous replacement also buys its 15 kW pump motors from the same supplier.
