Enquiries reach an engineer, not an inbox
The stated objective of this site is qualified international enquiries. A form that lands in a shared mailbox nobody reads within 48 hours fails that objective however well it is designed — so the routing and the response commitment are part of the design, not an operational afterthought.

Open questions
Decisions this page depends on
Who answers, in which language, how fast?
International enquiries need an owner with a response time. If the technical team works in Russian and enquiries arrive in English, the translation step has to be designed into the workflow rather than discovered after launch.
Where does the enquiry go?
CMS storage, a CRM, or a secure workflow? Uploaded drawings from industrial customers may be contractually confidential or export-controlled. The answer changes the architecture, not just a setting.
Who is the data controller?
A visitor in the EU uploading a technical drawing brings the enquiry under GDPR. Controller, storage location, retention period and access control all need to be decided before the first form goes live.
