The area classification drawing divided the unit between IIB and IIC areas, with two temperature classes. Earlier packages on the site had been delivered with a single specification, forcing re-certification of several positions after installation.
Each position was matched individually against the classification drawing before manufacture. Machines were nameplated with their position tag alongside the equipment marking, and the documentation pack was structured position by position rather than by order line.
All twenty-four positions passed pre-commissioning audit on first inspection. The position-tagged documentation is now the client's standard requirement for subsequent packages.
